Camera Qualifications:
You must own a digital SLR and/or 35mm SLR film camera with a bulb setting along with a compatible tripod. On the registration form you will indicate your camera model. If you have a question regarding your camera please contact the instructor - nick@alpinets.com.
Personal Qualifications:
Participants must be prepared to hike 3-5 miles over uneven terrain while wearing a backpack. Participants should be comfortable with heights and capable of swimming.
Course Tuition: $550 per person. Group Minimum of 4. Private Dates available upon request.
Price Includes:
Professional instruction, campsites, transportation to/from island, all meals from lunch on day one to lunch on day three, camping gear (upon request)
Not Included:
Transportation from your hometown to the group meeting point in Ventura; camera (available for rent for an additional charge); lodging before/after; insurance of any kind; gratuities and items of a personal nature.

Contact ATS prior to purchasing your airline tickets to confirm the trip has the minimum number of participants required to operate.

Transfers:
If you require a transfer from the airport, just let us know and we'll arrange transportation for a small surcharge (typically $100).
Weather:
Temperatures can range from 50 - 90° F during the day to 40 - 60° F at night depending on time of year. Upon registration, a seasonal specific gear recommendation list will be sent electronically. Course participants should arrive prepared for all possibilities by following the gear recommendations. A detailed to-bring list will be emailed upon registration.
