·12 years of canyoneering experience with numerous first descents in Southern CA, the Sierra and Hawaii.
·Founder of canyoneering in Hawaii including 20+ Class 4 C IV R/X rated first descents.

·Continues to be a lead member of the ATS first descent canyon team
·Established the tallest canyon route in North America

·17 years teaching vertical rope related disciplines including rock climbing, canyoneering, and mountaineering without a single accident or incident
