E.A.D. Calendar

February 2007
3rd - Dam breaking in the Angeles National Forest.  Come join the Forest Service and ATS for an exciting restoration event. Breaking apart manmade rock dams, planting native seeds, and trimming trails to the river. To reserve your place, call 626.335.1251.

March 2007
17th - Last years Canyoneering EAD was a blast and became the largest widespread trash cleanup and graffiti removal in the history of the Angeles National Forest. This one is sure to be better. Free canyon trips, free dinner, free giveaways and you get to help the planet! Celebrate St. Patty's Day by wearing green in the canyons.

April 2007
14th - Step it up with ATS as we fight climate change. Join us for a roundtable in the canyons as we make change. After being transported to our site in the ATS fleet of hybrid vehicles, we'll rappel waterfalls while discussing how to make change on a local and global level.

May 2007
26th - Join us in beautiful Sierra Madre for a full day of festivities with an awesome outdoor film festival in the evening. More information can be found at the
ATS Adventure Festival Site.

August & September 2007

21st -14th - Join up with the ATS team on the John Muir Trail. Travelling over 200 miles in three weeks, the ATS team will be cleaning trails, doing minor construction, and educating the people we meet on how to make change. Let us know what part you want to join us for and we'll see you there!
