We have found that in a predictable environment such as a classroom or conference room people can be as they choose. An individuals level of authenticity varies when he or she is inside their comfort zone.
We take activities such as rock climbing, adventure hiking, canyoneering, and then use them as tools to push people outside those comfort zones, to create a level of authenticity in a person that is less managed and more in line with real world scenarios. As these moments happen we will pinpoint them and help an individual to distill them at a more appropriate time, such as around the campfire or though a series of lectures after dinner.
