Currently, we are fully staffed with outdoor instructors for the next season. However, we are always growing so check back soon for new openings....
At over 250 general offerings per year, ATS always needs more outdoor instructors!
Our instructors work on a progressive basis. Inititally as assistant facilitators and then eventually becoming lead instructors. Along this path, we have a rigourous training process that includes training sessions three days a week, critical debriefs after every program, and monthly evaluatons.
The programs range from half & single-day adventure outings, to multi-day expedition trips. The clients include those who have never been outdoors before to the more experienced looking to take the next step.
