October 6-12, 2008: Concurrent Technician & Specialist Courses
October 8-11, 2008: Real Time Workshop -- Open to Peak Specialist Graduates only
Cancellation Policy
Our courses typically fill quickly and completely. It is always a good idea to contact us early to secure reservations.
Promptness will increase your opportunity to secure a place on the class roster, as well as expeditious
delivery of course manuals and materials. We encourage you to make plans early. With that in mind, we
have the following policy. Please contact us with any questions.
Course Tuition:
$1,150.00 - Technician & Specialist Courses
$600.00 - Real Time Workshop
This price includes meals, camping fees, tuition, course manual and materials, and use of team
equipment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, check, money orders or purchase orders.
Specialist Course Policy
Participation in our Specialist course requires successful completion of a pre-course evaluation of skills.
This is for the benefit of the registrant and their fellow students. Complete information regarding the
evaluation will be sent and we encourage any potential Specialist student to call with any questions.
Students who do not pass the pre-course evaluation will automatically be registered in the concurrent
Technician course, which begins soon after the evaluation process. By registering in the Specialist course,
the prospective student and/or their agency consents to participation in the Technician course in the event
that the student does not pass the pre-course evaluation. No Refunds will be given for students who wish to
leave the course instead of being enrolled in the concurrent Technician course.
The Fine Print
We will accept a signed purchase order or contract from a government agency in lieu of a credit card, check
or money order, and we recognize this as a promise to pay. The same restrictions and policies will apply to
contracts, purchase orders and money orders or checks. Full tuition is required to reserve your spot. Course
Manual and Registration packet will be sent, upon receipt of your tuition. If you cancel your reservation, you
will forfeit the tuition. No refunds will be given for any reason. Because we schedule instructors and pay
logistical costs based upon student enrollment, we are unable to offer refunds for any cancellations. We
highly recommend trip insurance. It is inexpensive and is available through many agents. Insurance can be
purchased on the internet and can be found by using an internet search for "trip insurance." Check their
policies to see about coverage. This is an affordable way to protect your investment.
