Throughout the year, ATS finds many ways to give back to the local communities. Some of our current offerings include:
The Canyoneering Environmental Action Day
A gathering of all ages for an environmental assault on our local mountains, removing graffiti, picking up trash, helping the planet.
The Outdoor Adventure Film Festival
A full day festival in the park. Celebrating all outdoor disciplines with workshops, display booths, free giveaways, and a film festival at night.
Canyoneering for the Climate
Inspiring change through action and conversation. Experience the full hyrid nature of this event in the fleet of ATS vehicles.
Kayaking EAD
Cleaning the local waterways from the seat of your own kayak. Sometimes its nice to see the world up close.

Being a Special Event Volunteer
Age: Team Members must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent/guardian present
Personal Qualifications: Must enjoy being outdoors, having fun, and working for a cause.
Responsibilities: Range from picking up trash, to running a committee that selects films for a festival. Be as involved as you want to be!
Disciplines: Our programs include canyoneering, rock climbing, ocean & stillwater kayaking, expedition backpacking, and mountaineering.
Season: Year-round
Compensation: For the most part, all our special events are volunteer based. However, for those choosing to be part of a committee and take on additional duties, a modest stipend is available.
